Ian Macdonald

I manage large-scale video-based learning programs on the platform, providing instructional design and production support to content experts from around the world. I also work as a mediator, coach, and facilitate workshops on non-violent communication, coaching, and giving and receiving feedback. I love the variety of activities that my job offers, and the opportunity to work with people from such diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
