I am currently in charge of the new business development of Elepos in Europe and project manager for the development of a novel telemetry system for vehicle tracking system and fuel management of private and public customers. In addition leading the design and implementation of web-based database for the acquisition and analysis of large volume of data collected by GSM devices on mobile networks and satellite transceivers.

In charge of the design, implementation and definition of technical requirements of the Auction Module for Assets Disposal of UNHCR in 4D language as a preliminary model that will be afterwards formally implemented into Chevin- FleetWave software as another module of the Fleet Management platform used by the organization since 2013.

I did join the new Quality Assurance and Product Development Unit of UNHCR to improve its current quality assurance and quality control strategies as former expert of the QA/QC industry.

As Hardware Engineer, I was the responsible for monitoring the performance of ECU for airbag systems from its design phase, manufacturing and testing process before mass production. I was also in charge of the concept creation, design, and simulation of the specified products considering internal, customer, national and international standards.

Responsible of the visual inspection of DNP3 boards, corrective and preventive maintenance before their final delivery to our customers. Assessment of SCADA systems for automation process, used in the Automotive, Assembling production lines. Ad-Hoc Networks. Design of customized Graphic User Interfaces in order to evaluate the performance of Profibus Networks and DeviceNet.

Training programme on GPS signals acquisition, synchronization and monitoring under normal environmental conditions and presence of natural disasters; earthquakes and electromagnetic storms. GPS signal recovery with back-up remote substations for signal corrections. GPS signal administration for Japanese market and its commercial and scientific applications with real-time error corrections.

Supporting the preparation of plans for delivery of Testing and Analysis equipment of Crude Oil and derivates for national and international vendors. Supporting the identification of local and international partners for all refineries and petrochemical plants of PDVSA in Venezuela based in the corporation objectives and priorities. Supporting the preparation of ROI, RFP, MOU, ITB, RFQ and TORs for national and international vendors of testing and analysis of crude oil and deviates.

Responsible to design of hydrographic survey equipments used in sea-shores, lakes and rivers. Acoustic sensors used for water sea level measurement equipment and improve the design of current-meters used for hydrographic surveys. I was in charge of the department instrumentation and control of this institution and I implemented a graphic user interfaces using LabView as the main tool for data analysis.
