Design coordination of GM HVAC global projects. Customer support in the USA and South Korea. 3D modeling, 2D drafting, BOM mgt in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, ADVP and R / FMEA prep. and review, customer approval and product testing mgt. Interface with internal customers, suppliers and other depts. Customer / DENSO standards application into new designs.

Design chg and BOM elaboration. Support to Carmaker’s product eng. Project mgt. Team leadership (Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Process Eng. and Sales depts). Local parts design of automotive components (Metallic and Non-metallic). Suppliers dev. and validation. Design review, RFQ/RFI. Weekly communication with Japan. New R/M establishment.

Commercial Aviation Manufacturing Engineering - E-Jets 170/190 fuselage structures assembly. Development of machines and tools. Preparation of Technical Specification for equipment and tooling. PFMEA activity. Design modification committee attendance. Project management. Resolution of technical issues and non conformities. Support to the Production department and improvements in the assembly procedure through "kaizen" projects. Knowledge in MTM analysis.
