Glass containers sales for beer, food and soft drink sectors of the market (mainly beer bottles). There were two glass plants in the group: Ruzayevsky Glass Plant and Bunkovsky Glass Plant. Sales of glass containers for major beer market clients (multinational companies Anheuser-Busch InBev, Carlsberg, Heineken, Efes).

Sales development. Leading the sales team (setting annual and monthly targets, coaching, and motivation). Short-term and long-term sales and production budgeting, pricing, margin contribution, company products promotion. Close cooperation with the plants’ management (production, planning, quality, logistic and finance). Relations’ development with partners. Business development (research, opportunity identification, proposal for additional investments in existing plants, construction or acquisition)
