-Managed sales operations and order management for Korean OEM and dealer accounts, including quotations, order processing, delivery follow-up, invoicing, and customer communication. -Coordinated with Italian HQ, Chinese production sites, customers, and logistics partners to manage import schedules, stock availability, delivery priorities, and shipment status. -Supported ERP-based order tracking, trade documentation, AR/AP data review, monthly sales reporting, and process improvement.

-Managed overseas purchasing and import coordination for hydraulic components, industrial machinery parts, steel materials, and special vehicle parts from suppliers in Germany, Sweden, Japan, China, and the U.S. -Coordinated purchase orders, delivery schedules, import documents, and supplier communication with overseas suppliers and internal production teams. -Supported cost control and timely material supply through supplier follow-up, delivery management, and import cost review.
