Financial/ERP/corporate IT systems development. Managed & co-developed 10+ medium-to-large software projects. Roles: project management, quality management, systems analysis, specification, programming, database design and administration, user interface design, consulting. As a Project Manager: leading time, budget and quality sensitive fixed price and T&M projects ranging from 5 to 30 developers each.

Starting and leading QA organization. Establishing quality requirements for software products, personnel recruitment, mentoring and training. Developing and managing QA processes, tools, and best practices.
