I was in charge of the 2020 Stategic Plan implementation for the Super precision bearings (SuPB) Business Line. SuPB Business Line consists of four factories deployed in Turin, China and USA.

. Ensured the delivery of final products on time . Managed 12 suppliers . Supported the Production Manager in the daily production planning . Set and prioritized the Delivery order sequence for each supplier

. Implemented the lean production guideline within the footwear Gucci workshop. . Applied the Methods Time Measurement (MTM) tool. . Defined the main KPIs of the production flow in order to record the change's effects. . Analysed the production flow and mapped the supply chain processes. . Created the skill matrix for employees’ training. . Reduced the quantity of product wastes through a system of Gates.

. Provided the Human Reliability Evaluation and the Risk Analysis for the abdominal hysterectomy procedures performed by the Da Vinci Robot . Created a statistic model with PowerSim Studio8 tool. The model allows to simulate the human behaviour in certain stress conditions and calculates the human failure probability

Created a model to simulate the production cost for a range of impellers. Model implemented by excel
