Participating in the yearly strategic planning and budgetting process. Coordinating a team of 5 people on the recruitment, performance management system, training and development, payroll process for entire organization, administration and legal, counsel and coach all employees on job related issues, career development activities.

Participates in establishing the company strategy , developing and implementing yearly employer branding strategy, continuously networking with all relevant vocational schools. Ensure that all HR systems, processes are operational as per global standards and implemented as per local labor law, ensure coaching and mentoring at all management levels, high levels of motivation, recognition of the success, participate to the collective negotiations.

Coordinating the HR activities, especially on the recruitment, communication and administration processes; Responsible for labor administration and fully compliance of labor law aspects. Organization of the social events for employees; Contact with vocational schools; Active participating in the local hospitality surveys; Coordinating the Team Restaurant team; Ensures full compliance of the labor law within company.
