- Cooperation with bilateral and multilateral donors, international financial institutions and other international entities in order to actively involve Brcko District in international cooperation - Ensuring international support for implementation of programs and projects of general interest for the development of the Brcko District;

- teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for students preparing for a career in project management industry; - providing lectures from theoretical basis in project and portfolio management combining with practical exercises;

- Providing lectures on an adjunct basis in project management (graduate studies) - Providing lectures from theoretical basis in project management combining with practical exercises; - Providing administrative tasks relevant for the course by using Blackboard learning platform

- coordination and monitoring of fulfillment of obligations in the process of European integration; - active participation in negotiating with the institutions of the European Union regarding efforts of Bosnia and Herzegovina to join the EU; - coordination of activities on implementation EU regulations into domestic legal framework; - coordination of the programming process of EU financial assistance;

- making contacts with corporate clients and other clients - making financial analysis of corporate clients interested in loans and other products - preparing applications for corporate loans and other corporate products

- developing and implementing policy on Human Resources Management at the Government of Brcko District - developing and implementing strategy papers on HR at the state level and the level of Brcko District - participation in preparation of the Strategy for Public Administration Reform in BiH

- providing advisory support to the Deputy Minister in areas: civil society and NGO participation, youth policy, education, employment policy - preparation of strategic papers and operational documents from the jurisdiction of the Ministry - preparation of projects in education and youth policy, employment and development of civil society

- developing and implementing Youth Policy - developing and implementing strategy papers on Youth Policy - preparation of strategic papers and operational documents from the jurisdiction of the Ministry - participation in preparation of the Action plan for different components within Youth Policy
