Setting up and managing the Back-Office team (currently 6 team members) - responsible for coordinating customer projects; recruiting & training team members; defining yearly goals and monitoring team performance against goals; implementing/optimizing processes; managing processes and data related to tower redevelopment projects; reporting.

Assisting Key Account Managers in coordinating customer co-location projects, responding to customer queries, coordinating internal departments & suppliers, issuing pre- and final approvals for customer equipment installation, preparing site license agreements, checking and managing technical project documentation(site drawings, static calculations/wind load comparisons etc.), maintaining project management tools and claiming relevant project milestones, site key management.

Administration of site execution data, database management and tracking of project activities, managing project files, maintaining project trackers and client tracking databases, checking technical documentation for site surveys, site engineering and technical integration, attending weekly deployment meetings with partners and client, working together with the project managers to produce monthly milestones and supervise vendor performance

Assessment of production needs and timely supply of materials, responsibility for the ordering process, coordination and tracking of delivery dates, ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure a trouble-free supply of materials, timely identification of potential delivery problems and establishing measures to ensure the smooth running of production, optimization of procurement and stock-management, supplier management - KPIs, monitoring & assessing supplier performance

Processing and tracking of customer orders in SAP, managing the sales order process, tracking of delivery dates and escalating all delays to internal groups, managing the review of pending and trial order reports to ensure timely release and removal of services, managing customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner, working as a team to ensure that customer's requirements are met, maintenance of customer and material master data, meeting agreed targets.

Sampling, event organization, creating reports in Microsoft Word, Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
