Led design initiatives across JPMC's Sales, Originations, Servicing, and public-facing Chase My Home verticals, driving user-centric solutions. This involved extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams across the US and India to conceptualize and deliver end-to-end prototypes for a diverse product portfolio.

As an individual contributor, I significantly boosted the digital presence of a large US-based Telco, driving 7.8M unique digital visitors and generating over $6.4M in revenue (FY23). My redesign made the site more user-friendly, accessible, and compliant with new government regulations, thereby substantially impacting the company's bottom line.

I worked alongside a cross-functional team of 12 people. We conducted several user interview sessions to understand the user needs, after which we created complex dashboards consisting of data table design. To validate our designs, we conducted two rounds of A/B testing.
