- Recruit high calibre candidates of middle to senior manager for top FMCG clients globally. - Cold callings across Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia, LATAM & US. - Interview process: global recruitment (Face to face, Phone and Skype interviews) - Uploading CV and update information on the internal database. - Candidates and clients management

- Support whole recruitment process for different vacancies and different companies in The Middle East and Turkey - Posting job adverb on various job boards - Source good quality candidates from LinkedIn and from different job boards - Writing up Candidate Summaries for selected candidates - Business Development: cold calling to sell the recruitment service and find new potential clients. - Keep First Resort’s database up to date with all candidate activity

- Prepare and take the lead in the whole process of recruitment and selection for the 3 formats:Express, Supermarket & Hypermarket. - Prepare and take lead in the whole process of recruitment and selection for different functional areas. - Post jobs on job boards - Phone and face to face interviews. - Hiring processes, calculation of salary rates, performance appraisal, monitoring of staff recruited to approval of the trial period (three months). - HR management KPI´s.

- Experience in recruitment and selection for corporate office staff, supporting the recruitment and selection of front-line process - Posting jobs on job boards, websites and internal tools for recruitment. - First interview (phone interview) and face to face interviews. - Performing national manual of rules and procedures for the recruitment and selection area. - Benchmarking between the firsts companies in Venezuela - Support the realization of Assessment Centre for recruitment process.
