I have been a waitress in the italien restaurant. Duties were opening and closing procedures, handeling cash, all responsibilities of a chef de rang.

I had to asure, that our guests got everything as they have booked it. Starting from the Welcome at the airport all the way through their holidays until they leave again. The job includes a "TUI- Welcome" where I used to give the guest informations about the country and the excursions. The main focus of my job was selling excurions and rental cars but I was also responsible for finding solutions if there were any complaings.

I was working as a Waitress from the very beginning, but got promoted very soon to the junior-suite restaurant- that's where i have completed my second contract.

Looking after 2 babies (1 year and 2 years old) .

My Internship started in the Housekeeping Department- as the assistent Manager. AFter 4 months I moved on to the Front Desk. Besides my job as a front desk agent, I was also responsible for the promotion Department. The last two month of my Internship, i got the chance to work in the Reservation & Sales Department.
