I lead the development and execution of HAI's technological vision, focusing on innovation through AI and data analytics. I oversee R&D for new humanitarian tech opportunities, manage tech projects, and collaborate with experts to integrate knowledge. I ensure quality, security, and compliance, manage budgets, resources, and partnerships, and represent HAI at external events. I also monitor impact, report progress, and promote team development.

In this role, I led WASH project reporting, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and budget details. I ensured accurate data collection, supported project development aligned with local needs, and considered constraints and stakeholder objectives. I researched global WASH best practices, kept projects on track, and led international meetings. During the Drinking Water Kiosks project, I managed the field mission of unit allocation, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and water quality analyses.

I developed scopes of work for control systems using datasheets and project requirements. I designed and maintained systems to manage water-related emergencies, conducted risk assessments to identify hazards, and implemented mitigation plans. Additionally, I created and sustained systems to gather and analyze data from water-related processes.

I designed, implemented, monitored, and evaluated field humanitarian interventions for IDPs and refugees, including WASH, shelter, and food assistance programs. I oriented staff and volunteers on their roles, ensured a safe and supportive work environment, supervised their training, and developed policies to guide the work. Additionally, I evaluated overall progress annually to ensure effectiveness and improvement.
