Master thesis entitled “The relationship between leadership styles and procurement maturity". Studied the correlation between leadership styles and procurement maturity, to understand if leadership styles can help procurement functions improve their maturity. Proved the developed hypothesis through the analysis of the data gathered from interviews. Closely collaborated with general managers and VP level staff.

Supported further development of various commercial tools such as supplier pricing and performance management as well as developed market intelligence analysis for the Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) market.

I have developed an exploratory research on the ad hoc requests that Customer Operation Representative receive. Beside my graduation project, I was also involved in the Oobeya room development, strategy deployment meetings preparation and I have also participated in a Lean training. During the last month of my internship I also supported the category coordination team.

School project - The main outcome of the project implied a marketing plan for a new product that RVJ Eurasia was planning to launch on the market. The main objective of the research developed was to provide recommendations on the possible target market,as well as on the entry, pricing and marketing strategy. My main tasks were mainly related to competitor and financial analysis. The overall project was graded with 9 out of 10.

Semester project – Market research regarding the cold chain industry in Bulgaria, Serbia and Ukraine. The main objective was to analyze the opportunities of Nekovri’s members to approach the previous mentioned markets.

I have developed a website for the new division, a mission statement and a Code of Business Conduct. I was also actively involved in the development of EOI and Proposals for projects funded by the European Commission. My tasks also involved searching for potential partners for a project in Ukraine and personally delivering the Proposal in Kiev.

I supervised a team of 14 people and my main responsibilities were: managing the in-flow and out-flow of the goods for the store, making registrations and accounting documents for these, handling organizational problems and deciding, together with my team, on new ways of promoting the merchandise in the store.
