Responsible for setting up and leading an EMEA Demand Centre. Created EMEA-wide demand-gen campaigns on Eloqua and then Marketo in 9 languages. These included personalisation and progressive profiling functionality. Operationalised the SiriusDecisions lead waterfall. Defined and mapped lead processes and lead scoring. Negotiated lead delivery, quality and SLAs for followup between marketing, lead development and sales. Automated Marketo reports and built dashboards for various stakeholders in SalesForce.com

EMEA Demand Centre role was expanded to include global and regional Marketing campaigns, Marketing services, Customer Marketing, Web Marketing

Responsible for setting up and leading an EMEA Demand Centre. Implemented Eloqua in EMEA before it was adopted worldwide. Grew Marketing sourced revenue across the region. My team and I won a few Eloqua Markie awards and Killer Campaign awards for our EMEA campaigns. I received an OpenText Field of Excellence award.
