I lead Daimler Truck's group-level business transformation agenda, reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Development. My defining contributions sit at the heart of the sustainability transformation: building a green hydrogen investment ecosystem and establishing a group-wide Circular Economy governance model - unlocking multi-billion-euro value potential and creating the foundation for scalable, economically viable business models.

I led the "BlueSky" operating margin recovery program for MB Trucks, reporting to the COO - closing a significant operating margin gap versus higher-performing competitors.

I held full P&L and legal-entity responsibility across 4 large-scale industrialization projects for Algerian customers - navigating the entire mandate under COVID crisis conditions with no established playbook. Three phases defined this role: stabilize, restructure, and decide.

I oversaw Daimler's flagship initiative in Africa, encompassing 6 business units, 4 large-scale industrialization projects, and billions of euros in lifetime Revenue.

I established the project organization empowering Daimler's commercial expansion in Africa.

I led the commercial development for the French market; managed key accounts, technical representation, and contract negotiations across the powertrain engineering sector.

I led competitive intelligence for diesel powertrains; advised from R&D to Product Steering Committee level on strategic product decisions.

I advanced ONERA's engineering simulation capabilities in energy and propulsion systems.
