Aided the start-up of a new global team to integrate and oversee the North American, European and International Technology and Operational IT groups. Managed multiple global virtual teams of over 100, to guide and define business requirements, evaluate technology and providers, develop solutions and deliver global infrastructure change programs.

Managed the GM European Infrastructure Service Delivery and Operations, Head of Architectural Design and led the Opertional Transformation program. Introduced major change and greater efficiencies for one of the world’s largest multinationals.

Led a team of senior telecom specialists, enterprise architects and programme managers responsible for the design, governance, RFP/Q, provision and roll-out of one of the World's largest out and in-sourced Extranets, Corporate Intranets and B2B, B2C in house and XaaS hosted services.

Head of diverse operational systems and project delivery departments, comprising large teams of military and civilian staff both land and sea based; HMS Chatham, HMS Ark Royal, HQ Strike Command Northwood, Defence Communication Agency Whitehall, HMS Excellent.
