•Successfully built the first ever National SDH Backbone for Wataniya Telecom Kuwait. •Managed the project to connect the traffic to MSCs. This included building City Ring network in some big cities, connecting BSCs to MSCs, closing the backbone and chaining the network. Planned go live date established for July 2006. •Proactively led the network strategy effort. This included the migration and integration of all A-bis, A-ter and MSC Interconnection traffic into the National SDH Backbone.

•Pioneered the first rollout of 3G in Rotterdam, The Hague and other big cities. •Acquired strong Nokia technical skills. •Undertook the technical site and panoramic surveys. •Managed the Planning and Operations team. This team integrated an EDDF implementation and constructed SDH rings. These were the first of their type in The Netherlands. •Completed the planning and optimisation of an access network (BTS - BSC), using PDH and SDH network. •Configuration of routing, protection and circuit provisioning was completed for EDDF/SDH. •Participated in the SOS (Save Our Switches) project within the Vodafone Integration strategy.
