Responsible for Executive Recruitment across EMEA for all roles outside of Tech

Leadership of the recruitment function across EMEA & APAC (excluding India and China). Directly managing an international team spread across both the regions, who support a population of around 40K employees.

Managing all permanent staffing needs across META, covering all 3 of the company’s business units - Carrier, Strategic Industries and Enterprise. Leading both the push for internal careers moves/development and any external recruitment activity needed throughout the region.

I was responsible for running a major telecoms account and focused on building the business across Middle East & Africa. I opened up new territories for the company where we had never before delivered and was successful in placing a variety of candidates from Regional CEO’s, Sales/Pre-Sales Managers, Account Managers, Pre-sales and Delivery staff.

I was the face for the business, networking at company events and sales person visiting clients in their homes to sell our services, instruct the property and see it through until the sale was completed.
