As team leader, I built, managed, trained, motivated and led my own team of field sales representatives (door-to-door).

This was a comprehensive 1-year training program covering all aspects of tangible and intangible F&B management. Throughout my training I acted as assistant manager in the banqueting department, where I planned, organised, produced and managed very high profiled events.
