Responsible for aiding practical development projects and awareness campaigns. Responsibilities included; - Sanitation and hand washing awareness campaigns. - Public Health awareness initiatives. - Aiding ‘Defecation free zone’ project. - HIV/AIDS awareness. The involvement in these projects facilitated my return to the village to conduct anthropological research for the above mentioned MSc thesis.

Responsible for general managing of Barracuda Bars. Duties included; - Employee welfare and recruitment. - Budgetary and financial control. - Leakage/wastage control. - Inspiring, training and developing employees.

Responsibilities included; - Ensuring smooth and effective running of student accommodation. - Providing high profile presence within the accommodation. - First point of contact for students (fire alarm activations, general maintenance, first aid). Liaising with other site personnel, students and local residents.

Responsible for general managing of Co-operative supermarket stores. Duties included; - Employee welfare and recruitment. - Budgetary and financial control. - Human resource management. - Inspiring, training and developing store teams. A specific area covered was to enter failing stores in an attempt to meet budgetary targets.
