As Regional Sales Manager, I was responsible for developing the French-speaking countries in Europe and Africa, where I developed FL Smidth's aftermarket sales strategy. Sales of the entire FL Smidth product portfolio were aimed at aftermarket sales and services, where we grew Morocco and reintroduced FL Smidth as an active business partner in France and Belgium. In France and Belgium I grew the pip by over 400%. Was responsible for 2 salesmen, where I was responsible for hiring one in Morocco.
As Area Manager, I was responsible for business development and collaboration with 20 Nilfisk partners across 15 countries in Africa, with a primary focus on North Africa, but also Nigeria, Ghana and Ivory Coast. Handled the development of market strategies, sales and management training at the partners and managed Nilfisk product port folio and pricing. Worked primarily in the Business to Business segment with hotels, shopping centers and cleaning / service companies.
