- Providing resources for PhD students in Berlin in the topic of mental health - Responsibilities include: organizing yearly conferences, workshops and hackathons with the focus on mental health in academia, impostor syndrome, stress and project management for PhDs, organizing monthly talks of scholars (‘Growing Up In Science’)

Work organization in the lab, trainings for methods, devices etc for new employees, quality management set-up, method optimization. Experience in NGS, qPCR, hematology, serology/immunology, ELISA.

- Science workshops with different scientific techniques and principles for students - Responsibilities included: mentoring/supervision and coordinating a group of 6 to 7 students, presentations of the scientific problem with figures and questions, using different molecular methods to resolve the problem, experimental skills

- IAESTE is an international organization, exchanging students for technical work experience abroad - Responsibilities included: searching for funds and companies that would provide paid internships for foreign students, organization of a conference

- Research on starch metabolism and clock genes in genetically modified plants (Arabidopsis thaliana) – included several different projects with 2 PhDs and 3 post-docs - Responsibilities included: excellent time management, experimental skills, presentation and writing skills

- PhD thesis and research on the topic of carbon availability and regulation of growth and primary cell wall synthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana - Responsibilities included: excellent experimental skills, project and time management, excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, sustainable work routines, supervision of several master and PhD students

- Research master thesis on the topic of ‘Necroptotic activity of the human MLKL Asp 144 mutants’ - Responsibilities included: great lab skills, good organization of tasks and time for different projects, presentation and writing skills
