The Bavaria Israel Partnership Accelerator is a program funded by the Israeli Consul General, the Bavarian Ministry of State of Economics, Energy and Technology and the Munich City Department of Labor and Economic Development. It promotes open innovation in a global team from Israel and Germany, via co-creation of tailored solutions for unique technological challenges arriving from cooperates and startups in high tech.

- Conceptualized and implemented a data analyses and management presentation structure for the IT Performance Assessment - Conducted the IT Performance Assessment process for a client including the derivation of improvement potentials - Supported the conceptional design of an IT service catalogue for the performance management system of a client

- Project assignment: Implementation of a new performance management within an IT service provider - Conceptualized test documents and coordinated test management of the partial projects Reporting and Cost/Activity Accounting - Developed the workflow and use cases for implementation of the master data harmonization process - Designed the training materials of the analysis reporting (BEx analyzer) and trained the respective stakeholders

- Project assignment: Local pilot rollout of a new master data system implemented within the whole Lufthansa Group - Supported implementation workshops, designed configuration templates and tracked the project milestone planning - Ran HR related reports e.g. data reconciliation of job codes from different systems, employee listing of Lufthansa The Americas

Member of the prototyping programme aiming at the development of an innovative drying rack concept

- Supported the Change Agent Network (CAN) within Allianz change towards digitalization - Developed KPI’s, created publication materials (presentations, articles etc.) and prepared workshops with participants from AMOS branches worldwide - Accompanied the conduct of Allianz Engagement Survey (AES)

- Project assignment: International rollout of Allianz Global Network (AGN) - Documented the buying and recharging process of each communication service - Redesigned service development plans and monitored the quality of the user manuals - Created an instruction documentary for the launch of the new BlackBerry devices

- Project assignment: Set up of the IT infrastructure of Germany’s largest bad bank - Coordinated and monitored Change Request processes in close contact with international support teams and weekly client meetings - Optimized ITIL processes and elaborated related project documents
