Jay identified the potential impact the company's unique recruitment model could have on the UK market and 11 years later, is still one of the key drivers of its phenomenal success. Working from the ground up, Jay has enhanced every stage of the webrecruit process, from candidate attraction, management and service delivery through to sales and key account management.

Responsible for selling to channel partners throughout the UK, via outbound calling and client visits. The main focus was on developing new revenue streams for the portfolio of services, products and solutions, covering the full sales cycle from lead generation, through to close and then managing the account.

Worked closely with contractors, designers, workshop teams and venues to co-ordinate all elements involved in the successful construction and implementation of exhibition projects throughout Europe. Planning and co-ordinating the production of a range of events, including exhibitions, showrooms, conferences and road shows.
