A350 XWB: Head of Steps: Airframe parts externally supplied and installed on the Hamburg sections Leading and coordination of weekly multifunctional team meetings including Engineering, Strategic purchasing, supply chain qualities and ordering teams aiming at securing the on-time first ordering of new parts and part availability at the start of the station.

A350 XWB: responsible of a French major bracket and a German floor panel supplier for the Hamburg’s sections Missing Part containment and recovery actions, Ordering collaboration process implementation, Purchase order analysis and closure of ordering/delivery gaps between supplier’s and Airbus’s SAP systems, Monitoring and securing of primary kit ordering flows, Supporting reduction of the amount of secondary flows resulting from quality and logistic constraints

A350 XWB: support of the plants ordering from a German Tubes & Pipes supplier Organization, planning and follow-up of first A350 ordering activities cross Airbus plants, Support and improvement of processes both related to national and international flows, Creation and continuous update of reporting tools, Extraction and mass analysis of supply chain software’s data as a follow up of ordering coverage
