 Responsible for the CRM Database Management of the EMEA region and developed strong relationships with sales, traders and treasurers in applying first level support regarding forex trades and in explaining the trading platform.  Designated to be the lead tester for the new “Autodealer”, a critical business application which handles all forex trades, including options and derivatives for automated trading. 800 test cases created, 60 bugs fixed; successfully tested and sold to the biggest clients.

 Located in the trading room, I created and managed the new worldwide macroeconomic database and a complete automated world economic chart book dealing with macroeconomics and financial markets.  Analysis, statistical studies of the financial market trends and daily macroeconomic forecasts for external and internal targets as well as the computation of data.  Responsible for the cover of the Eurozone “Inflation Linked” publication and the “Natixis Real Estate” publication

 Successfully participated in the “profitability” project; commercial prospection (cold calling), reporting of meetings and missions, writing presentations and assisting in the elaboration of call for tenders.  Responsibility of the CRM database and participation in a client mission as the PMO assistant at RSI (Social Security for Entrepreneurs) for the correct set-up of the SEPA project.
