As a Recruitment Resourcer I provide a valuable service to the recruitment consultants by utilizing a network of internal and external sources to promote job listings and attract qualified candidates. My role involves a variety of tasks such as sourcing of candidates through networks and social media, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

I started in the position of Customer Service Agent for Spanish, English and Italian markets. I was promoted in August 2011 to the Casino and Poker Department. My main tasks were the translation of legal documents from or to Italian, English and Spanish. I was also trained in the use website back office programs utilised for the maintenance of the company’s website. I was given the task of maintaining the contents of the website, including their correction, translation and insertion on the website.

I was trained as an Admissions Executive in Malta. The job involved dealing with clients and agents from around the world, taking care of every aspect of the admission of the students to the school.

The internship involved a very intensive six month period during which my tasks included the daily reception of patients; performing diagnosis, treatments and rehabilitation in the psychiatric field as part of a team; organizing and supervising the patients at the clinic and also during their daily activities; helping them reintegrate with society as much as possible.
