Berufserfahrung von Jenaro Mercado
I wrote my thesis in the field of Customer and Market Intelligence. Along with it, I was also working in the project management team which was leading an initiative for estimating the customer and market potential.
As senior consultant I was working with several of the most important companies and institutions of Spain such as: BBVA Bank, Bank of Spain, ONO. The main fields of the projects were Business Continuity Management, Quality (ISO 9000), Project Management, Process Analysis and Efficency. Beside the projects with customers, I had internal responsability such as elaboration of proposals for future projects (RFP), documentation, couching and trainning for younger consultants.
