Supervised six communications specialists and oversaw department budget and payroll.

Development and implementation of public relations, marketing and communications plans/budget, external communications, community events & education programs, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation & standard compliance programs. Development and implementation of employee relations programs, customer service programs, employee education programs, internal communications, meeting planning and facilitation and student intern/volunteer programs.
