Provided hands-on continuous on-site process engineering support to operations for the production of LPG, natural gas and injection water. Troubleshooting and continuous optimization of offshore Oil & Gas production systems; natural gas and LPG conditioning and processing systems; injection water processing systems and utilities system for an offshore plant.

Assisted operations by providing remote support to operations. Developed several projects solutions for optimization and improvement of existing facilities so that safe and reliable operations could be achieved and maintained. Provided recommendations for process improvements to achieve customer service and production goals through the use of industry and Chevron engineering standards and recommended practices.

Main duties included the development of process models and simulations; applied mass & energy balance calculations and statistical methods to analyze production rates and efficiencies for oil & gas production facilities; identify topside facility bottleneck and develop de-bottlenecking strategies, Assessed and optimized oil export centrifugal pump system, Performed flow Assurance calculations for single phase flow (slugging, erosional velocity and hydraulics) for subsea oil & gas production pipelines.

Summer Internship at the EDG luanda offices working on Mafumeira Norte brownfield project. Topics covered included: - Project Management, - Piping Design and specification, - Oil & Gas Industry International Standards and best practices - Safety in Design

Summer Internship at Sonangol Refinery in Luanda. Topics covered included: Crude Oil processing for gasoline, gas oil, Jet-Fuel and other related product through fractionation/distillation, thermal/hydro- cracking and PAR-ISOM technologies. Utility Systems such as produced water treatment as disposal and Process Safety were also covered.
