In my Business Developer role at EY, I was responsible for assisting the key customer account teams through various financial analysis reports such as account summary report, revenue planning, sales and pipeline report, new budget development. Maintaining and updating global engagement team databases and contact lists as appropriate. Assisted in collating relevant customer information from publicly available databases and communicate to team via newsletters and databases.

At EY Risk Management, I was responsible for supporting in identification compliance, ethical conflict of interest and money laundering, assisted in conflict mitigation steps to ensure compliance with the firm’s policy, supported in maintenance of working relationship with the customer serving teams globally, assisted in reviewing the compliance checks from an internal quality perspective which contributed to assessing the internal quality score of the team.
