MISSION : Deployment of a new QSE documentation system worldwide  Lead a work group to optimize the quality documentation process, to establish a new documentation structure according to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949  Be responsible for the new quality documentation system deployment  Carry out the internal process audits in the factory regarding the specs of Renault  Carry out the continuous improvement methods (Kaizen/Lean) at the factory in order to increase the performance of the production

MISSIONS : Capitalization of quality action  Make an assessment of all the quality projects done during last 3 years  Analyze the obstacles of the projects  Make some suggestions to solve the problems

MISSIONS : Cost optimization of the raw materials  Looking for the information to predict the evolution of the raw material’s prices  Analyze the existing procedures to produce certain chemical products

MISSIONS : Process improvement  Find the root cause of the corrosion in the exhausted system  Propose some solutions to reduce the corrosion
