RFS (Rolling Forecast System) sheet preparation which helps to followup with PMs for ontime RFS submission on tool before 10th of every month. Project creation in PI tool, adding roles (rate cards for T&M), WBS mapping, PO (Purchase order) mapping and followup with respective stake holders to get approvals asap to make it active in HCL system for next steps. Project assignation of resources using RAS (Resource Assignation System). Project Billing - prepare and share input to BRQ (Billing Request) SPOC.

Work closey with Business analysts and Project SPOCs to ensure correct data is submitted in RTC (Rational Team Concert) tool. Responsible for maintaining error free RTC tracker. Tracking of Resource Database / ILC (Timesheet) hours. Managing the Work item codes - these codes are required for the resources to clock their hours for the month. Work closely with financial team and respond to their communications/questions during monthly billing.

Continuous followup with Finance team to ensure smooth monthly billing. Maintaining hard file copies associated with each projects. Payment collection from each customer by personally visiting their sites. Prepare and share dashboard and PPT to SDU head for weekly governance call.
