I worked in Barcelona, Spain as the European Training Manager of a big BPO Project. After Barcelona, I went to back to Belgium to lead the a training company for the BeNeLux. After this company was sold, I moved to Munich, Germany to lead a team of specialized recruiters. These experiences have given me insight and knowledge in Training, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Business Development.
