- Financial business partner for Sales, Marketing and PMO - Quarterly Cost Reviews with CFO and CSO/CMO/PMO Head and managers - Projects profitability analyzes; presentation of the results to the Board - Monthly and quarterly costs closings - Participation in cost allocation model creation - Participation in costs budgeting and forecasting - Regular analyzes of deviations from budget and forecast, comments - Identification of the main costs drivers, one-offs and savings opportunities

- profitability analyses of investment projects (NPV, IRR, PB period, net income and benefits calculation) - project’s periodical audits (in case of budget overrun or delay) - post-implementation projects’ reviews - presentation of the analyses’ results to the FP&A manager, CFO and Products and Software Dev Committee - implementation of projects’ spend tracking tool in cooperation with DWH Dept - cooperation with PMs, IT PMs, PMO and budgets’ coordinators

• Periodic and ad hoc financial analyses (e. g. particular costs and incomes analyses, market analyses, headcount analyses) • Internal and external reporting: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, etc.) according to IFRS • Coordinating the process of implementation of other operating result control in cooperation with Costs Managers • Monitoring actual results deviations from budget and forecasts • Work with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MS Access, MS Query)
