I teach the course of Public Policy Evaluation in the Dual Bachelor in International Studies and Law and the Dual Bachelor in International Studies and Business Administration.

Data scientist and evaluator. Responsible for design and analysis of impact evaluations of the services of ICEX for the internationalization of Spanish companies, in order to uncover relevant and meaningful patterns useful to draw evidence-based conclusions. In addition, I analyse the large volumes of data available in the ICEX databases to increase the knowledge of our clients in order for our institution to offer better adapted services to their particular needs in their internationalization process.

I was one of the two experts in the first stage of the public consultancy coordinated by the Spanish Institute of Fiscal Studies (IEF) to draft a unified methodology for the budgetary evaluation of the Government of Peru. This first stage consisted of the gathering of information through in-depth interviews with the public officials responsible for evaluation in Peru. The effective draft of the directive, which was the aim of the second stage, was in charge of the legal staff at the IEF.

Specialized assistance in impact evaluation within the Eurosocial II programme. The activity, coordinated by the Spanish Institute of Fiscal Studies (IEF), aimed at the training of 25 Peruvian public officials in the methodology and techniques of impact evaluation and resulted in the completion of sound evaluation designs and the actual evaluation of four budget programs of the Government of Peru.

Lecturer at the postgraduate course for would-be journalists specializing in the internationalization of the Spanish economy by the Centre for Economic and Commercial Studies (CECO) in its 2007 and 2008 editions.

I organized scheduled visits and free time for US student groups and their teachers in their study tours through Spain, France and the United Kingdom.

I managed the photo archives of the institution and did digital retouching of images.

I did original pagemaking and proof correction of the publications of ICEX.
