Als Senior Sales Engineer wurde ich beauftragt, an feuerfesten Produkten für die Stahlindustrie zu arbeiten, wie z. vorgeformt und ohne Form Ich arbeitete im Team an der Entwicklung von Rezepturen und den Zutaten der Mischung und testete die Chargen, um die beabsichtigten Produkte in Bezug auf Kohäsion, Homogenität usw das begehrte Produkt.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, I was tasked to work on refractory products for Steel Industry such as; pre shaped and without shape I worked on team to developing formulas and the ingredients of the mix and tested the batches to get the intended products with regard to cohesion, homogeneity and etc. and deciding on the proportions of the raw materials and kiln heat to be applied in order to get the desirable product.

As a Quality Control Inspector, in automotive industry I was responsible to test the mechanical properties of the fabricated parts; such as their hardness, yield tensions and …. I worked with Hardness Tester (Rockwell, Vickers, etc.), CMM (which gives three dimensional measures of the objects) and all other different Lab technical instruments. I carried out different tests by using check lists developed by different International Standards Bodies (such as; SPC, MSA & FMEA)

I did a part time job while studying at university in this “Trade & Service” company which import & sales office machinery spare parts such as Toner, Blade, Drum & more from UAE and also provide inspection services for Emiratis companies. E.g. we had inspected production line from laundry detergent manufacturer in Iran intend to export those items.
