Target responsible for Natural Search (SEO) throughout this period, which is one of the driving factors in traffic for eBay.nl and Marktplaats.nl. Contributed to a significant (triple digit) traffic growth from Natural Search and was during Q3 2007 also target responsible for all Paid Search (SEA).

Contributed to carrying out the re-organization of the financial department processes for compliance purposes.

Carried out several projects in the banking and insurance industry, mainly focusing on the compliance of business processes to the Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) regulations and advising process improvements.

JOKER Webdesign was mostly directed at SME's and specialized in: - Web site building - Aligning the function of a website in the overall business proposition - Optimizing websites for Natural Search (SEO) - Driving traffic my means of Paid Search (SEA / SEM).

Responsible for managing eBay NL's affiliate network and helped the NL BU to take the first steps in Paid Search Marketing (SEA / SEM).
