Leading the entire acquisition process, from establishing the first customer contact, taking up market and customer-specific requirements, contract negotiation until implementation of a new customer relationship. Analysing strategic market needs and trends, independently developing, (re)defining and (re)thinking the business model in line with the company strategy.

As the main contact for key accounts such as Lufthansa Cargo, I was responsible to ensuring a close customer relationship, keeping up the customer satisfaction, strategic development of the customer, initiating measures to continuously improving quality and service levels and negotiating contracts and conditions.

Leading the installation of a new Operations Team within the customers premises, establishing all relevant key contacts and transferring of all relevant knowledge. Of course, Change Management plays a significant role when considering to outsource. Further to supporting the overall customer integration project.
