Coordination and implementation of New Product Introduction projects. Analyzing and optmizing the supply chain infrastructure with focus on processes. Competitive benchmarking on country artwork poolings.

Reporting on relevant interfaces of the supply chain, e.g. target-performance comparison of the supply of goods. Ongoing analysis of operational KPIs and market data of the national supply chain. Visualization and improvement of operational KPI system.

Assistance of the project management team, preparation of weekly project status reportings. Control and initiation of order processes. Maintenance and documentation of management program MS Sharepoint.
