Responsibilities: - Lead Partner for Sports Governance and Risk Management services supporting sports organizations to set up governance structures, identify key risks and design controls to create resilient associations, leagues or clubs. - Support the professional development of associations, leagues and clubs by establishing, monitoring and assessing regulatory standards such as club licensing systems.

- Set up Quality Assurance (QA) framework, policies, processes and procedures. - Acted as Lead Auditor responsible for planning and conducting QA audits of all corporate functions and processes of the SC. - Responsible for reporting directly to SC senior management and for highlighting findings/ areas for improvement. - Responsible for developing and delivering trainings for all employees including senior management.
