Leading a team of 10-15 persons. As manager in an E-commerce start-up I helped to set up and develop the company’s structure. By introducing regular staff meetings and setting individual objectives to everyone I facilitated the process of creating an environment in which the staff enjoyed working together. As a result the company's internal communication and the overall effectiveness improved significantly. The turnover rate increased from 100 to 300 percent.

I was involved in all aspects of a hotel manager's work. I helped to develop the future business concept including new expansion plans, the customer service strategy and the recruitment of the required personal for implementing the concept.
