Organized, planned and conducted audits of Siemens Affiliates in the Energy Sector worldwide, to support the executive management in making not only decisions about process improvement but also about future profitability and sustainability of their factories.

Directed and coordinated a commercial team of 4 employees in Germany and Thailand. Represented Siemens in all commercial matters within a German-Japanese-Thai consortium for the EPC construction of a 730 MW, turnkey, Combined Cycle Power Plant in Thailand.

Handled all commercial related activities for a number of new and existing orders, incl. tax issues, contract management, cost controlling, warranty provisions monitoring, insurance claims, etc

Performed cost controlling and reporting, as well as expedited and coordinated shipments from Europe to customers in the US with close collaboration with German counterparts.
