Founded a new subsidiary of Roberts Europe. www.robertseurope.pt Responsible for Company Policy, Administration, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing. From 1 till 12 employee’s and did grow to 67 recruited subcontracted companies.

Specific tasks: The project support of the management buy-out and associated changes in 2005. Project support of the start-up from the Polish subsidiary in 2005/2006. General tasks: The project approach of optimization projects for internal and external business processes. Processes of FedEx Custom Critical, but also existing clients and new key accounts, GIS providers and sub contracted transport companies.

General management of business AluMaq. A company that rented a backhoe loader, driver included.

Operational responsibility for a 24/7 call center with 3 international Customer Agent Teams, consisting of 24 employees and 7 nationalities. Contact person for key accounts and central position between Sales, Operations and Finance. Translating operational problems to automation solutions.

Responsible for the business office, managing three route planners and 80 employees. Beyond these operational role responsible for the administrative organization of the business office, Quality Assurance, statistical processing and interpretation of production data.

The complete care of the transport orders, from quotation, price negotiation with the carrier, instructions to the driver, operational execution till billing preparation within close corporation with our (new) clients for reaching an outstanding service level.

Go abroad in Europe to load Dutch crashed/broken down cars with a car hauler truck to bring them back to The Netherlands in order of ANWB.
