Achieved a zero level of operational / execution issues which engendered confidence in the management and facilitated the company to enter into more complex businesses. Negotiated and improved contract terms with counter-parties following the conclusion of contracts. Controlling all L/Cs, Guarantees & Letters Of Indemnity. Training and education of team members.

Responsible for all contracts for the sugar division and for introducing improvements into the contracts for the grains division. Project manager for the transfer of divisions from Lausanne to London and Singapore, and from London to Lausanne. (Sugar and Clean Fuels). Assisted Operational Risk in the mapping of the Grains division from South America, through Europe and up to Singapore and for the implementation of a middle office function. From time to time assisted the Internal Audit team.

Operations / Traffic for Sugar, Soyabeans, Corn, Coffee and Ethanol.

Operator for Gasoil between Europe and West Africa.

L/C specialist for Crude Oil, Gas Oil and Kangan Concentrates.

Sugar Contracts & Operations. Arbitrator for The Refined Sugar Association of London.

Traffic for Sugar and Non-Ferrous metals.
