Leading the development of Purchasing strategies across all BUs within a complex business model, managing the associated commercial Purchasing activity to drive value creation and delivering the annual Group Purchasing Imperatives throughout efficient collaboration, processes and communication with 12 sites in 6 countries.

Reporting to Shareholders and the Group CFO. Legal representative and Executive Committee member. Total responsibility for 30 FIN persons and 3 Lawyers. Proactively managing processes and preparing the organisation so as to ensure the achievement of budget profitability and accuracy, to manage efficiently the cost savings plans and fulfil the Statutory obligations as per plan.

Reporting to the CFO of Greece. Leading a large organization of 70 persons in Accounting Depts. Responsible for: Mother Co and Greek subsidiaries. Supervision of group mergers. Delivering audited Consolidated Financial Statements under IFRS and leading internal – external communication The optimization of profits distribution, dividend policy and the equity reserves strategy and Taxation themes.

Yarn and Apparel Divisions, total 15 factories with 3.000 personnel Responsible for 5 financial managers and analysts and with direct reporting to the Group CFO. Consolidations, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Costing, Controlling, Capex planning, Group valuations. Coping with Athens Stock Exchange processes, entrance of one Group Co to ASE, strong collaboration with IR dept.
