Exposure in processes like pay rolling, statutory compliances, releasing offer letter, salary revision, contract extension and exit letters from the in-house software called ALCS (Associate Life Cycle System) for Pan-India Calculating the salary breaks up as per the state wise minimum wages, receiving the mails from clients for various requirements and solving it within the turn around time. Conducting process training for the new joiners and walk them through the workflow cycle.
