In this role, I headed the global deployment of Short-Term Production Planning system covering risk and issues management, and implementation of resources, schedule, and cost control measures.

I designed the corporate master data layer architecture, managed support for business, and conducted business requirements analyses. I coordinated the support team and accomplished the Shared Master Data Systems’ third level support. I directed all aspects of portfolio management and governance and led the Change Advisory Board (CAB)

In this period, I acted as project member in several key projects involving SAP ERP deployment and system implementation in several European locations, including the SAP ERP European deployment (2007-2009); the SAP ERP global template and Swiss pilot (2005-2006); the EU Accession project; and SAP System Support implementation.
